After the Simplify Payment process sends the financial response, control of the PIN Pad is returned to the Simplify Pay@Table process.

After receiving a financial response from Simplify for a Pay@Table transaction, the POS sends a **Print Receipt** request to Simplify. This request contains data needed by Simplify to print the receipts. After receiving this request, Simplify will either print the EMV receipts automatically or display a menu allowing the server to select which receipt(s) to print (depends on configuration). 

If Detail Receipt printing is enabled, the **Print Receipt** (39-06) request supports API 5231 (Final Detail Receipt Data). If this field is received, Simplify displays a Detailed Receipt/Exit screen after printing the EMV receipts. If the server presses Detailed Receipt, Simplify prints the Final Detail Receipt using the data in API 5231. 

After printing the receipt(s), Simplify will send a **Print Receipt Response** message to the POS. This completes Simplify processing for the tender.

- Unlike the Pre-Pay Detail Receipt, the Final Detail Receipt includes any adjustments for Partial Payment and Tip. Other verbiage can be added or modified if desired. 
- If the POS does not receive a **Print Receipt Response**, it should resend the **Print Receipt Request**. ASCII characters 127-255 can be printed using UTF-8 encoding in API 5107/5108. APIs 5107, 5108 and 5231 support image printing (image must be present on the device). See API 5107 under Field Formats and Descriptions for details.
