## Overview
1. Contact your Relationship Manager to request a Data Transmission Questionnaire (DTQ) form to set up a “mailbox” for file delivery. 

2. Complete the DTQ form and return to your Relationship Manager.

3. The Relationship Manager submits a Managed File Services (MFS) request on behalf of the customer or the partner.

4. The MSP or Partner completes the MSP enrollment form.  **Note:** This step only applies to the MSP or partner user.

5. The Relationship Manager requests Payments Core 365 file through Payments Insider on behalf of the customer or partner.
  
6. File is delivered to DTQ location within 24-48 hours after the request for the Payments Core 365 file is completed.
