Apple Pay

Apple Pay® needs to be enabled on the payment extensions before enabling it on lightbox customization screen. For more details on how to enable Apple Pay, refer to set up Apple Pay for your Converge payment page. Apple Pay will display automatically at checkout while it is enabled on the payment extensions. Refer to customize the hosted payments to select Apple Pay on the lightbox setup.

Google Pay

Google Pay™ needs to be enabled on the HPP setup. Refer to set up Google Pay for your payment page for more details.

  • For more details on demo environment test card / wallet setup, refer to Google Pay's test card suite.
  • Google Pay does not support Internet Explorer (IE) browser.

Refer to customize the hosted payments to select Google Pay on the lightbox setup.

PayPal

You can link your lightbox to your PayPal® merchant account to offer another payment option to your buyers. These transactions are processed through the PayPal platform but Converge will display the results and issue email receipts or confirmations.

If you already have a PayPal account, all you need to do is register your PayPal payer ID in Converge to enable the feature.

If you don't have an existing PayPal merchant account, you can register for one through Converge. You can find PayPal registration and/or activation in Converge at set up PayPal.

Once you enable this feature, customers who arrive at the lightbox page will automatically see the option to pay with their PayPal account.

Click to pay

Converge offers Click to Pay® as a digital wallet expansion for lightbox. Click to Pay lets customers to pay with a single click, using stored payment information for all of their credit cards. The service supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and prepaid cards.

Customers using Click to Pay store and manage their payment and shipment information at the Click to Pay website. When they are ready to purchase goods, their information will be securely shared with the merchant website. Converge uses the Elavon eMPI engine to allow processing of Click to Pay wallet transactions.

To display Click to Pay for lightbox, it needs to be enabled in the payment extensions. Refer to set up Mastercard's Click to Pay for more details.
