Forced Offline Transactions
For a Forced Offline transaction resubmitted through through Simplify, the following fields must be sent (in addition to the regular fields).

0115 | Transaction Qualifier, provided by the POS or returned by Simplify |
0116 | Offline Flag: Should be set if there is no Voice Auth. Correct value for this case is 2. |
1008 | Should Contain ID: if the merchant uses a token. See the Elavon Gateway Message Getting Started Guide for more details. |
5002 | Device Serial Number returned for the Stand-In response. |
5004 | Encryption Provider ID. This should be the value returned on the Stand-In Response. |
