Forced Offline Transactions

For a Forced Offline transaction resubmitted through through Simplify, the following fields must be sent (in addition to the regular fields).

API Field #, Value Description
0003 Encrypted account number
0115 Transaction Qualifier, provided by the POS or returned by Simplify
0116 Offline Flag: Should be set if there is no Voice Auth. Correct value for this case is 2.
1008 Should Contain ID: if the merchant uses a token. See the Elavon Gateway Message Getting Started Guide for more details.
5002 Device Serial Number returned for the Stand-In response.
5004 Encryption Provider ID. This should be the value returned on the Stand-In Response.
