Debit Card Transactions

- PIN Block: The encrypted PIN entered by the debit cardholder as identification for a transaction.
- Debit transactions may only be performed in a Retail, Service or face-to-face environment. Mail Order/Telephone Order and eCommerce businesses cannot perform online PIN-based debit transactions.
